CzechiaPilot
Terms for using CzechiaPilot
These terms govern the free public demo and paid digital passes. By purchasing a pass you enter into a contract with the operator identified above.

1. Service
CzechiaPilot provides informational destination data and rule-based itinerary tools. It does not sell transport, accommodation, tickets or package travel, and it does not make bookings. Any contract with a linked venue, carrier or booking provider is separate. Live availability, weather and traffic are not guaranteed unless explicitly marked as connected.
2. Passes and access
Trip Pass and Group Pass are one-time purchases for 180 days. The purchase is linked to the signed-in account and verified by Stripe. During that period you may create and sync up to the plan limit; saved itineraries remain readable afterwards until deleted. Group Pass covers one party of up to six and a revocable read-only sharing link, not six accounts.
2a. Technical requirements
Use requires a current browser with JavaScript, cookies and local storage enabled. Internet access is needed for sign-in, payment, maps, official links and paid-access verification. The cached wallet can work offline only after it has been opened online and may be cleared by the browser. Access is tied to the purchasing account and can be used on another device after signing in to that account. If access cannot be restored, contact support from the purchase email and keep the Stripe receipt. CzechiaPilot imposes no geographic restriction, but Stripe payment methods and linked third-party services vary by country and device.
3. Contract and payment
Before payment you see the product, duration, total price and these terms. The order becomes binding only when you press Stripe's final payment button; the contract is concluded after Stripe confirms successful payment. Stripe provides the payment confirmation or invoice. Failed or abandoned payments create no entitlement.
4. Prices and tax
The final amount and currency are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Any legally required tax is included or calculated there according to the displayed checkout information. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion or card fee, which is outside our control.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. CzechiaPilot voluntarily provides a full refund for a valid request made in that period, even if access began immediately. Send an unequivocal statement or use the model form on the withdrawal page. Refunds use the original payment method and are initiated no later than 14 days after notice. This does not limit rights for defective digital services.
6. Travel information
Opening times, prices, routes and conditions change. Review dates and official links help you verify information, but you must confirm time-sensitive details with the official provider before travel. Route times are estimates, not navigation instructions. Nothing on the site is emergency, legal, medical or financial advice.
7. Availability and fair use
We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents or third-party outages may temporarily affect the service. Do not attack, scrape at harmful volume, bypass access controls, resell a pass or use the service unlawfully. We may block abusive access without removing statutory refund or consumer rights.
8. Intellectual property
The CzechiaPilot brand, original interface and original copy belong to the operator. Destination summaries, photographs, map data, icons and software components may be licensed by third parties under the terms listed on the Sources & licences page. A pass grants only personal, non-transferable use of the service; it does not transfer content rights.
9. Complaints, ADR and law
Send service complaints and defect claims to info@czechiapilot.com or the operator's postal address. Describe the pass, defect, when it appeared and the remedy requested. We confirm receipt with the date, content and requested remedy, and provide written confirmation of the outcome or reasons for rejection. A digital-service defect is handled without undue delay and within a reasonable time considering its nature and purpose; statutory remedies may include correction, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal/refund. If a consumer dispute cannot be settled directly, the competent ADR body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr@coi.gov.cz, https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. Czech law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their habitual-residence country.
